First you would just click on the Launcher that comes with Diabetes WorksTM. It will open the program for you.

You put in YOUR insulins (how much and when); you put in YOUR meals (how much and when); you put in whether YOU are sensitive or insensitive to food and to insulin. Simply point and click to select either R, NPH, Semilente, Lente, Ultralente, Humalog.
